Q. Where can I buy LIFEE Card
A. You can buy on this website or at some of our participating merchants.
Q. Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
A. LIFEE Card does not charge any monthly fees at all.
Q. How can I check the card balance?
A. You can easily check your Card balance on our website www.mylifeecard.com.
Q. Is there any activation fee?
A. There is no activation fee at all.
Q. Can I reload my card with additional money?
A. You can load and reload your card as many times as you want.
Q. Is there a fee for reloading my card?
A. There is never any fee for loading or redeeming your card.
Q. Can I use my card in more than one location?
A. The whole idea behind LIFEE Card is to be able to use in multiple locations, at any of our participating merchants.
Q. What happens if a merchant refuses to accept LIFEE Card?
A. All participating merchants should accept LIFEE Card, however, if a certain merchant refuses to, please call us at (614)356-8000 and we will try to resolve the situation.
Q. I lost my card, can I get a replacement?
A. Unfortunately, cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced by us.
